VIP Service & Care
US$199.99 includes the StreamX Box hardware package and 365 days of VIP service from first activation. Renewal is US$99 for another 365 days from renewal activation.
Renewal is manual. We do not automatically renew the VIP service or automatically charge you for a renewal. VIP service stops when the current 365-day term expires unless you renew.
VIP service renewals are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law. The initial purchase remains eligible for the 30-day return policy, including when the included VIP service has been activated. Approved initial-purchase returns receive a full refund, including any original outbound shipping charge. Return shipping responsibility and the 3-5 business day review and refund-initiation period are set out in that policy.
Use the included VIP service on compatible iOS and Android phones and tablets after installing the required app. Mobile devices work independently over an internet connection, without connecting to the box at home. VIP access supports two devices in total at the same time, including the StreamX Box and any phones or tablets in use.
The US$99 renewal includes another 365 days of phone and tablet VIP access, customer support and hardware warranty extension under the same coverage conditions. The physical box is included with the initial purchase.
The initial hardware warranty runs for one year from delivery. A renewal hardware warranty extension runs for 365 days from renewal activation, with the same covered faults, repair-or-replacement remedy and customer-paid round-trip warranty shipping. Read the limited hardware warranty.
VIP service requires app installation, activation and internet access. Specific third-party apps or services may have separate account, payment, device and regional requirements. Confirm a particular service with support before ordering. Return requests for the initial purchase follow the 30-day return policy.
