What your US$199.99 buys
StreamX Box + 365-Day VIP Service & Care. US$199.99 includes the StreamX Box hardware package and 365 days of VIP service from first activation. Renewal is US$99 for another 365 days from renewal activation.
A TV box plus independent phone and tablet use
Use the included VIP service on compatible iOS and Android phones and tablets after installing the required app. Mobile devices work independently over an internet connection, without connecting to the box at home. VIP access supports two devices at the same time. This gives family members a way to use different screens without sharing the TV.
Hardware, setup help and defined protection
The package includes the box, remote, HDMI cable, power adapter and user manual. The confirmed configuration is Allwinner H728, Android 14, 4GB RAM and 64GB storage, with HDMI output up to 4K. Contact StreamX for setup and activation support.
You may request a return within 30 days after delivery. The box has a one-year limited hardware warranty from delivery; customers pay round-trip warranty shipping. Read the full returns and warranty terms before buying.
Know the renewal cost before you choose
The US$99 renewal includes another 365 days of phone and tablet VIP access, customer support and hardware warranty extension under the same coverage conditions. The physical box is included with the initial purchase. See the service terms. Other third-party app accounts and paid subscriptions are separate.
Standard shipping is free to the contiguous US and Washington, DC. Supported special US regions cost US$9.90 per order. See shipping regions and delivery estimates.
