United States shipping
StreamX offers free standard shipping only to the 48 contiguous US states and Washington, DC. We currently do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the US Virgin Islands, or APO/FPO/DPO military addresses. Shipping coverage may change; this page will be updated if it does.
Processing, dispatch and delivery
- Orders are processed within 24 hours after payment confirmation and dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Estimated transit time is 7–15 business days after dispatch.
Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Carrier transit times vary by destination and are not guaranteed. Orders are generally shipped via USPS, although the carrier may vary by destination. After dispatch, our team manually adds tracking information to the WooCommerce order as a customer note, which triggers an email notification. The carrier’s first scan may take time to appear.
Shipping charges
- Contiguous US states and Washington, DC: free standard shipping, with no minimum order value.
- Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the US Virgin Islands, and APO/FPO/DPO military addresses: not currently served.
Checkout provides a shipping method only for eligible addresses. If no shipping method appears, contact Hi@streamxbox.com before placing your order.
Tracking and address changes
After dispatch, tracking information is added to your WooCommerce order and sent by email. Please allow time for the carrier to record its first scan. Check your complete shipping address before paying. To request an address change or help with a delayed package, email Hi@streamxbox.com with your order number. Address changes cannot be guaranteed after dispatch.
