US$199.99 includes the StreamX Box hardware package and 365 days of VIP service from first activation. Renewal is US$99 for another 365 days from renewal activation.

One household, more ways to use StreamX

Watch on your compatible HDMI TV at home, or use your phone or tablet when another family member is using the TV. Use the included VIP service on compatible iOS and Android phones and tablets after installing the required app. Mobile devices work independently over an internet connection, without connecting to the box at home. VIP access supports two devices at the same time.

Support and a clear protection plan

Get help with installation, activation and basic troubleshooting at Hi@streamxbox.com. You may request a return within 30 days after delivery, subject to the Refund, Returns and Warranty Policy.

The included one-year limited hardware warranty starts on delivery and covers hardware faults under normal use that are not caused by the user. StreamX will repair or replace a covered device. Customers pay shipping in both directions for warranty service. Confirmed defect, wrong-item or arrival-damage returns requested within the 30-day return window follow the separate return-shipping policy.

What happens after the included 365 days?

The US$99 renewal includes another 365 days of phone and tablet VIP access, customer support and hardware warranty extension under the same coverage conditions. The physical box is included with the initial purchase. Review VIP Service & Care terms before purchasing.
